Wattle is one of the few flowers that reads as unmistakably Australian, which makes it a more interesting subject than another imported bouquet. The Fresh Picked Wattle Framed Oil Painting 82.5x82.5cm shows a freshly picked bunch arranged in a vase, painted by hand in a classic oil style. Vibrant yellow against white gives it a refreshing palette rather than a muted one, so it lifts a neutral room. A pale wood look frame keeps the surround light. At 82.5cm square it's a manageable size for a kitchen, a dining room or a hallway. It brings character to a wall without dominating it.
