Baroque design is defined by ornate, flowing detail, and putting it on an irregular shaped frame rather than a plain oval gives it more movement again. The Gabriel Mirror 81x77cm has that patterning worked across an iron, glass and MDF construction, finished in a gold powder coat. Powder coating is applied to prevent rusting, which matters on a decorative metal frame. Its near square 81x77cm proportions suit a mantel, where the width relates to the fireplace beneath. The ornate frame carries the piece, so it works against a plain painted wall without needing anything else around it.
