A matte finish reads very differently to a glaze, absorbing light rather than reflecting it, which gives a classical shape a more contemporary feel. The Noir Urn Concrete 41.5x41.5x61cm uses that, with magnesium oxide in a grey matte finish shaped into an ornate traditional urn silhouette. At 61cm tall it has real presence without needing the footprint of a full garden urn. Rated for indoor and outdoor use, it works on a terrace, in a courtyard or inside a formal entry. The grey tone sits well against both green foliage and stone paving. Another colour is available in the range.
