Floor standing candle holders solve something table pieces can't, putting light at a height where it reads across a whole room rather than just the surface it sits on. The Olenna Long Stemmed Candle Holder 85cm is the taller of the two, in iron with an antiqued gold finish and rope detailing worked into the stem. A wide base keeps it steady on carpet or floorboards, which matters at this height. It suits a living room, a dining room or a hearth, where a lit candle at 85cm adds warmth without needing a lamp. A 70cm size is available, and grouping the two works well.
