Hand carving leaves marks that machine turning removes, and those small differences are what make a piece feel individual. The Parvani Plant Stand Dark Walnut 30x30x50cm is carved and finished by hand from mango wood, so the pattern and depth of the carving vary from one stand to the next. Its round form stands 50cm on a 30cm base, which suits a mid sized pot or a decorative object beside a chair. The dark walnut tone works against pale walls and lighter flooring, giving the piece definition. The timber construction gives it a warm, solid feel.
