Made in small batches from; chamomile flowers, catnip leaf, skullcap leaf, passionflower flowers, lavender buds, orange peel, blue cornflower flowers. 

 Steep 2 tablespoons per cup of boiling water (cover your cup to capture the plant oils) for 5-8 minutes.
