Raising a bowl on a pedestal changes it from something you look into to something you look at, giving the form height and presence. The Tranquil Wavy Pedestal Bowl does that, with a wavy edge inspired by the movement of water and a matte white clay finish that keeps the surface soft rather than reflective. Fill it with dried stems, display decorative objects in it, or leave it empty as a sculptural centrepiece. Worth knowing before you buy: it's for decorative use only and is not foodsafe. Its curved lines suit coastal, contemporary and minimal rooms.
